kab111 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you") and kab111 ("kab111," "we," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at kab111.ws and all services, games, betting markets and features made available through it.

By completing the kab111 registration process, clicking "I agree," or by simply accessing any part of the platform after these Terms have been presented to you, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kab111, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, automated accounts and accounts registered by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location.
• You must not be a current employee of kab111 or any company affiliated with kab111, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.

kab111 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of kab111, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide your mobile phone number, a chosen password, and any additional information that kab111 may request for verification purposes. All information provided must be accurate, current and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kab111. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. kab111 employs detection systems that identify linked accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balances therein will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your kab111 login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. kab111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by the Member

Members may request closure of their kab111 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets must be settled and the remaining balance withdrawn. kab111 will process the closure within 72 hours of a confirmed request.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kab111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) from all major Pakistani banks, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on kab111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kab111 does not apply any currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your kab111 wallet, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount you receive — subject only to the processing terms of your chosen payment method.

4.3 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: Rs 500,000
• Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by members via account settings as a responsible gaming tool

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals on kab111 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — this is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000
• kab111 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by kab111 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. These are stated clearly on the offer page for each promotion. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first deposit on kab111 are eligible for the welcome bonus, which matches the deposit amount up to a specified maximum (stated on the promotions page at the time of registration). The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, which is shown on each individual bonus offer
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution rate for each game type is published on the promotions terms page
• kab111 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that the bonus has been abused or claimed in bad faith
• Bonus funds and real funds are kept separate in your kab111 wallet. Real funds are always used first when placing a bet

5.4 Promotional Abuse

Any attempt to exploit kab111 promotions by registering multiple accounts, coordinating with other members, placing opposing bets on different accounts, or any other method designed to manufacture bonus profit without genuine play will result in immediate disqualification from all promotions and suspension of all involved accounts.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on kab111 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when it is acknowledged by the kab111 system and a bet ID is issued. If a bet is placed but no bet ID is received due to a technical failure, the bet has not been accepted and no funds will be deducted.

6.2 Sports and Cricket Betting

Sports betting odds on kab111 are subject to change up until the start of the relevant event. kab111 reserves the right to restrict, void or suspend betting on any market at any time for operational or integrity reasons. The following rules apply to settled sports bets:

• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on the event will be voided and stakes returned
• In-play bets are settled on the final result of the event unless stated otherwise in the market description
• Obvious pricing errors — where a price has been offered due to a system error and is clearly not representative of the true market — will be voided and stakes returned

6.3 Casino and Live Games

All casino games and live dealer games on kab111 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live video feed technology. Results are determined by the game mechanics and are not influenced by kab111. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the round will be completed and the result will stand as determined at game completion. kab111's internal records are the definitive record of all game outcomes.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement on kab111 is incorrect, you may raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event by contacting the support team. kab111 will review the relevant game logs and recordings and respond with a finding within 5 business days. kab111's decision on game-related disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kab111. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using any software, algorithm, bot or automated system to place bets or interact with kab111's games
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event
• Using kab111's platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
• Threatening, harassing or abusing kab111 staff or other members in any way
• Attempting to access another member's account or any part of kab111's systems without authorisation
• Colluding with other members in poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage

8. Responsible Gaming

kab111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. The following tools are available to every registered member free of charge and can be accessed directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your kab111 account
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals during active play sessions reminding you of the time spent and amount wagered
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily pause your kab111 account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your kab111 account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period under any circumstances

10. Intellectual Property

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues and circumstances beyond kab111's control may result in temporary unavailability. kab111 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned downtime in advance.

In circumstances where kab111's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, kab111's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your kab111 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

kab111 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For changes that materially affect member rights — such as changes to withdrawal conditions or bonus terms — kab111 will notify active members by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the kab111 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance before the new Terms take effect.
